Its simply a matter of taste and that video is utter bollocks.
Lets go by the internets logic shall we.
'turners put to improve performance and ricers spend money on body kits" Implying that only putting putting money on power is considered acceptable. Lift kits or lowering your car does not improve performance. therefore theoretically that's now considered to a ricer.

I prefer older cars 90's-00's so to make them look clean and modern you do have to do a fair amount of external mods (lights, glass, paint, maybe a R/F lip), but Id rather have my car be ale to move as fast as it looks.
I would say Tuner I guess, because riced out junk is too obvious to the 5.0.

Lmfao the stock ones are on it now those are the old pos ones when I got the truck, changed them cause they would get water in them and blow the light in them
