You can't mod the PS4. So no, there is no money drop lobbies

Just grind heists you will end up with s couple mil in no time

No, there is no possible way. Play heists or look up some money glitches (Doubt you will find any good one though)

Only way people can give you money if if you'd robbed a shop together they can split the cash or if you help someone collect a bounty that's if they are nice enough to even give you any even then there is a limit to how much you can give a day it's something like 25k
