That PC looks good to me.

There will probably be one or two changes people would make but overall it is a very nice system.

Unless you have a specific reasoning for the 16GB memory kit, I'd drop it down to a 8GB set and invest the saved money in a SSD for your OS.

Someone here could probably find an even cheaper SSD for you at that storage and quality range, it just depends on how long you spend shopping around. There's always great deals on SSD's somewhere on the web.

For your $1300 its not very good. If your only gaming its very unlikely youll reach 8gb of usage. You will not get very good overclocks with that cooler. Any reason why you chose the reference 970 which is $50 more than one with a higher clock speeds and better cooling. The cx powersupply is shit.

Dont waste $100 on windows, either get the windows 10 beta or download windows 7 online.
