I got given to me a computer that the HHD is screwed on, i took it apart to clean and i was wondering what CPU this is. I don't know the motherboard either, all i know that this PC is really old. xD
This is what it says on the cpu,

That is what it says on the chip, cant plug in the PC due to no HDMI port for my monitor and i have seemed to lost my thermal compound so i cant put it back in for speccy. Any help would be appreciated. : )

Look on the motherboard for any names that could tell you what mobo it is.

What part specifically, there is no many names and numbers on here and it means nothing to me. xD

On the PC case, can you see what make & model the PC is.

Its obviously an old office pc so with the model number, we should be able to get the specs.
