So, I'm new the PC Gaming world, and I was just wondering, it's normal for computers to run a little bit loud and warm, right? (please don't hate me for asking, lol)

Well yes when your pc is on load the fan speeds can turn up.

What are your specs?

If they are getting really load then they may be over heating. Keep an eye on your temps.
