Vox wrote Its simply a matter of taste and that video is utter bollocks.
Lets go by the internets logic shall we.
'turners put to improve performance and ricers spend money on body kits" Implying that only putting putting money on power is considered acceptable. Lift kits or lowering your car does not improve performance. therefore theoretically that's now considered to a ricer.
Lowering a car allows for better cornering. Lifting a truck allows for more ground clearance and larger tires.

I am what you call a "bothwaysaredumbsoidomyownthingthatdoesnotincludethosewordser". That video said something about tuners spending their money under the hood, and ricers spend their money on body kits? I don't have anything aftermarket under the hood, but I have my after market lights, lift kit, shiny wheels, etc. so I guess I spent my money on the body, making me by that definition a ricer?

By the logic of 12 year olds on the internet you're indeed a ricer.

The video 1 calls video 2 a ricer
It says ricers spend their money on ridiculous body kits and then video 2 says tuners have nice cosmetic mods but they look like what video 1 stated as a "ricer".
Either way, I just buy what i need... not crappy body kits and spoilers that will not do anything other than make you look like a prick.
