My Horizon wont read my usb at all, and ive been looking it up and for it to read my usb it says i have to configure my usb to the xbox, and theres no options at all on my xbox to configure the usb to it, any help? I just need my horizon to read my usb...

Try formatting your USB stick and try configuring it.

Try running Horizon as administrator or checking updates for Horizon.

The answer is simple. Horizon needs an update because the latest dashboard update doesn't require you to have a Xbox formatted USB, which is the type of USB Horizon tries to read. Since the USB isn't a Xbox formatted USB anymore, that's why Horizon can't read it.
You can always browse your USB manually using Windows Explorer, just make sure hidden folders are on and you'll see a folder called something like "Xbox 360" at the root of your USB.
