It's up to you if you want to see awesome fights, listen to amazing sound tracks, and lot and lots of filler. Bleach stopped at episode 366 I think but the manga is still going.

Honestly that's up to you. Which do you enjoy more. Personally I've become more of a manga person, but don't get me wrong good anime is still awesome.

Well im more of an anime person but from what the other guy said it sounds like the manga is still going so whats the point of watching the anime if it doesn't finish the story?
