I believe most people would go to jail for something they believed in; However, (assuming it exists) would you go to Hell for something you believed in?

No, and I genuinely believe that nobody else would either.
If there was irrefutable proof that a hell existed, nobody would do shit that would risk them suffering for eternity.

It's an interesting question, and initially I would like to say yes, but ultimately it would depend on whatever it is I believed in. For example:
(a) I believe in evolution, but my belief in it has no effect on the reality of its existence.
(b) I believe that suffering in the world is inconsistent with the existence of a good God, my disbelief in this would have an effect not only on me, but the world around me.
So for an opinion like (b) I would go to Hell. For something factual like (a) I would not.
Although that is of course how I hope I would react.
Like Lavish has alluded to, I would probably react much differently in the real situation.
