Easy solution, stop doing stuff that gets you kicked, you can blame the game all you want, but if you're getting three 7 days, then you've abandoned/being kicked from a whole lot of matches, so, stop doing whatever you're doing.

I'll give you a real answer, and that is yes. It won't take you 6 weeks to bring it back down, just consistent games where you are behaving properly. I've had 4 back-to-back 7 day bans before and it only took about 3 days worth of games with no kicks, no teamkills, and none of that sort of stuff to get back to a 24 hour cooldown.
