What's your budget for the total build?

Your not going to get very good overclocks with at CPU cooler, do you even plan to overclock because the xeon would be a better cheaper option. the powersupply is pretty bad as well.

The 212 Evo is a decent cooler, however if you plan to overclock a fair amount then you should look into a better cooler, the 212 will be fine for stock clocks or maybe a slight overclock on that CPU, just a heads up. Also, if you're only gaming then 16GB of ram shouldn't be needed, you'd be fine with 8.

Case: If you want something quiet, Fractal R4/R5, NZXT H440 or Be Quiet! Silent Base.
The NZXT S340 is a nice case for the money.

Then that means you have a budget, obviously.

What are you going to be using the PC for? What's your full budget for the PC and case? Are you going to be overclocking?
