So I've been wanting tattoos for most of my life. Having recently turned 18, I've been trying to figure out what I wanted as my first one. After much thought and consideration, this is what I've decided on.

Pokemon was a huge part of my childhood growing up, all the way from elementary school and up through high school. It's given me hundreds of hours worth of entertainment. It's made me friends and brought me closer to my current friends. And let's face it: Pokemon is just badass. Thoughts?

Eh I mean if you love it that much, enough to put it permanently on your skin till the day you die, than pretty cool dude.

I grew up with Pokemon as well, was a Pokemon Fanatic, but I wouldn't put it on my skin. Just think when you turn old and you have that bad boy on ya. Lol

Anyway pretty cool dude, pretty cool...

EDIT: If I had to do a pokemon related tat, I'd go with something a little more badass. For example:

I definitely am happy with it, so thank you

I will be getting more, for sure. I already have a few more ideas, including one whole sleeve. Now it's just a matter of funds.

When I'm old, I'll be wearing my bellybutton-high slacks anyways, so it'll be covered.

Sweet, I'm curious though - on a scale of one to ten, how badly did it hurt?

Pretty cool, I personally wouldn't put Pokemon on skin even though I love it.

Well, the tattoo artist said this was a fairly tender spot for tattoos, and especially for my first he thought I was ballsy. However, it really wasn't as bad as I thought. Some spots were worse than others, some spots didn't hurt at all. I'd honesty say the pain was only a 6/10. It was almost slightly addicting, as well.
