Hi guys, im starting to build a PC SOLELY for streaming and light video editing,
Just need to know if this setup would work well to stream XBOX One games to twitch using OBS.
3.5ghz Dual Core CPU
8gb RAM
Fibre Broadband - 80mbps down 20mbps up
8800 gfx card (old i know, but im not gaming on my pc so doesnt need to be a titan ;) )
Sofware will be OBS, Hauppage Capture, sparkocam (to use my dslr as a webcam).
this will ideally be streaming WHILE recording from the capture card.
Will these specs work? or what should i change?
thanks

Streaming is mostly dependant on internet speed so should be fine as XBOX One is doing the hard work

thats what i thought until i realised that the PC has to have potentially 3 inputs - pvr, webcam and decnt mic - running and recording all together and putting them together into one video with all the audio and visuals, then render that AND upload it all in real time...
