I'm quite new to anime, haven't been watching so far, I'm currently watch Highschool DxD, Rosario + Vampire, Fairy Tail, and finished Princess Lover, anyone got any recommendations that are similar to the ones I'm watching or any that are to do with fantasy.

Fairy Tail will take you a while to finish

some fantasy ones that I liked are

Tokyo Ghoul + Tokyo Ghoul Root A
Shiki
Guilty Crown
Psycho-Pass

Aldnoah.Zero + Aldnoah.Zero 2nd Season
Terra Formars
Tokyo ESP
High School of the Dead

those are some of the shows I can remember that were fantasy off the top of my head

All of them are pretty long running so it'll take some time to finish but it will most certainly keep you busy
