Just won the community gold cup online and guess what, I did not receive my pack.. Thanks EA.

seen a few people complaining about this recenty strange...

did you win by pens on any chance? cus i think theres a glitch that if you win on pens the other player gets the pack

Nah won in the 90 mins, saw my team celebrating at the end etc, even got the coins, just not the pack :/

If you have won it before, you do not get the pack again. Actually on the third time, there is no pack.

But if not, contact them. It works.

EA make me laugh... cannot fix basic bug's but will add a price branding on players which means a lot of new coding just so people cannot sell coins *sighs*

Yeah there are glitches like the penalties one where you go to pens and loose and the loser gets the pack and the winner gets nothing but if you done it in 90 mins I don't know what could have happened
