So every time I search I have my Max ping set to 50 but it still matches me with Americans and SA and I get 180 ping. Any help to make it EU only?

Don't set it to 50 their is a certain ping match that will match you with EU google that or you can try this
1: Go to top left on steam
2: click steam settings
3: Go to dowloads
4: Click your region if | If your region is already selected click another one restart steam and Than click your actual region
