Hello I need to know how to fix that my new mic or old one won't work on my 2 just out the box controllers but it they both work on the old one could it be that my profile is assigned to one the mic works on but how do I un-assign it?

1. Go to settings
2. Go to device and accessories
3. Make sure your mic is plugged in
4. The mic should show up and if so it may need updating or assigning to your profile...
If the mic doesn't show up try going on your controller and see if it comes up with that
