Hi I want to get a new PC but i am not good with parts (I know the names but I don't know the full aspect of them and what one is the best) If you have a build for me which is good I would be thankful. No specific budget just dont link me $4000 computers. All I need my PC for is recrding, editing, photoshop just those programs not really a big gaming PC guy.

You do have a budget. Everyone has a budget. We can't help until you give us one.

"just dont link me $4000" to me, means that $3800 rigs will be fine, so give us a budget to work with.

You need two monitors within budget? You should really get OS for free, it frees up a fair amount of your budget to use for better components elsewhere.

A little over budget, but it's the correct currency and has a 1440p panel. Add a second 970 at any point without having to upgrade anything. You could just get two Dell monitors if you can't go over budget, but you'd be better getting the 1440p monitor, dropping the Dell monitor and just adding it later on.
