In the UK we have things called gears, stick in a low gear and you will most probably not speed.

I choose the Toyota Prius, It gets good gas mileage and its very fun to pimp out !

Honestly, I wouldn't want either one. It just seems kinda pointless to have a car like that. Plus, I'm sure you'd be paying a shit load on the maintenance of those cars. So, nah. I'd rather have an R-34 or a Liter-Bike.
