Is it possible to transfer a season pass even though the other person has the game
on-disc and not saved to his harddrive?
Any help would be appreciated

Can anyone help me out with this? Does having the game on disc affect license transferring of game add-ons??

No it doesn't. Ask yourself how downloading a dlc is affected by a game disc. It doesn't.

I watched a few tutorials and didn't see any dlc items appear, only full games
