I've been waiting to buy both RB Ronaldo and Pele but every single one of them are at their min price and it has been like this for so many other players for ages.

Why are EA taking so long to drop everyone's prices

Since TOTS came out its been different, last time they changed was like last Sunday I think.

Maybe they think prices are low enough? doubt it though because there is still loads of big players sitting at min.
