They were not built for track times, just for top speed.

The fact that it took the US this long to finally beat it is funny. Now you're all thinking you are going to stay there, you failed one before with the Ultimate Aero and now this Lotus copy has finally beat the speed.

They had to test the top speed some how bud. Track times are meant to be used before the initial release of the vehicle. Show the 1/4 mile times, 1/2 mile, and 1 mile times.
