Did you try and unplug the xbox1 completely from the power source? Is there a restore to factory settings anywhere?

I have tryed the factory reset twice and I have had the xbox disconnected from any power source for about a month now.

That is crazy. 2 controllers and same result. You tried to hardwire the controllers and not wi-fi them also?

Yeah Ive tried those things too. Honestly have not seen a youtube video or anything about this problem yet, i really think im the first one to experience it. 900$ down the drain

Yes, when I go to update my controller it says my controller is up to date.

Hmm that's odd. Just out of curiosity when you hard reset did you completely unplug the power brick from the wall and the console and wait a minute? That seems to fix problem with my controller when itll Sinc but no response from any button press, Either then that im not sure

Yeah, and I even called xbox support and they gave up on me lol
