It's really hard because you want Howard in goal. You should consider replacing him with Rimando. If you do that, you'll have a much better chance to create something playable.

This is the only thing I could come up with that lets you keep everyone in your squad. It's not really playable though. No weird position changes, but see for yourself: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I personally wouldn't build that squad. But hey, at least you have someone in your squad that looks like Obama...
