I'm looking to build a PC for about £1500 but the only problem is how much power I'll need, I only have a small room so I only have two plug sockets which both have extensions plugged into them with my TV, Xbox, reptile lamp etc plugged into them, so my question is that is it okay to plug in a monitor and PC (I think like 650-700W power) into extenstions with multiple other plugs in them? This is my first PC build so any help would be appreciated with regards to power

Yes, you'll be fine. I have like double extensions and shit which isn't really safe but meh. What PC are you looking at getting though?

Ew, please don't. You'll end up with a pile of shit and wasted money. Probably some PoS with an RM1000 and GTX 760 or some bs like that.

As Sanctyy said, they use cheap parts and sell the computers for mega bucks. Just build one. Come up with some parts on pcpartpicker.com / uk.pcpartpicker.com and we can help you out with your build. There are multiple tutorials on the internet to help you when first building your computer. I personally recommend newegg's tutorials for building computers.

Seriously, please. £1500 will get you a kickass rig;

If you buy from Cyberpower, you're going to waste so much money, I'm not even joking.

My example of what you can get for your budget even includes a beautiful 1440p panel. Much better than anything you could get from Cyberpower for the same price. You could spend an extra £40 for an unlocked CPU if you wanted to overclock. Easily add another 980Ti in SLI if you wish.
