Hello, I'm looking at upgrading my rigs GPU (780ti atm) to a 980ti EVGA Hydro copper OR a Hybrid. But I already have a H100i cooler for my cpu hooked up and the fans are at the top of my case. So I'm not sure where the fan would go if I brought the Hybrid card? And also if I went for the Copper version would it wouk alright in a non water cooled system? And then finally would my 1000w PSU take the new card? Or does this gpu draw too much power?

The power Supply is fine no worries there.
Do fans come seperately with the card aswell as the fans built onto the card? If they come seperately just dont add them and keep the fans you have for your cooler. if not remove the cooler fans and add your connected GPU ones

Sweet! And well the fans I'm talking about on the GPU are built on, to cool the radiator I think. If you have time quickly look on google images for gtx 980ti hydro copper AND gtx 980ti hybrid, then my CPU cooler is a Corsair H100i.
I just don't fancy buying a 600 quid card and for it not to fit or work haha

Think I'll go for the Hybrid as the other in question actually requires a water cooled system so I've been told. Just need to figure out what I'll do with the new fan

Check that you have a spare 120/140mm fan slot somewhere for the rad on the hybrid 980Ti. Or just get a reference cooler card or ACX2.0+ card. 1000W is more than enough for a 980Ti, but if it's bad quality, it should definitely be replaced. You definitely shouldn't be running a $600-$700 card on a poor unit.
