I got banned for 2 weeks for this.

I didnt do anything at all microsoft are stupid.

I got banned for tampering with the account. Now take in mind this was 9 years ago before I even thought modding was a thing to do. I had my account taken from me when at this time it was easier to find out account info without someone telling you anything. And he modded something I really never knew what but everything looked the same plus it didn't help I had a gamer tag that was THG xMrBadASSx and their was no 5's in the gamer tag it was the real word. So that was more understandable if they had banned it for that reason only. But I wasn't banned for that. And I lost over $200 of downloads on there and that pisses me off

So about a month ago now, I was doing some live streaming over on Twitch.tv, when out of nowhere I got view botted. Then shortly after a couple of my viewers/ people in my lobbies accounts were getting banned for a few day, then shortly after my account got perma banned. I then got onto my second account which didn't even have gold on it, and that got banned. Then someone took responsibility for the bannings and was talking in Skype with me and was threatening to SWAT me. Some friends "took care it". I don't know what they meant by that, but after that it all stopped. No tweets from him, no Skype messages. Nothing. I made a new account and when I get paid the following week got some gold and went back to streaming for a few days until the hard drive on my computer took a shit. Now a week or so later(today) I come home after a night out and my gf goes to play on my account and its perma banned. Is there anything I can do to get my account(s) back? I have put about $50 in gold on two accounts in the last month. That's 6 months worth of gold down the drain.

Only xbox can ban accounts, so you must be breaking the code of conduct some how. They don't just ban cause they can.

Well I did nothing to get banned, and my silver account had only played AW online and it only had been for a week or so, then wasn't even used after that.

Call up Microsoft and explain the situation to them if you really haven't done anything they will investigate what is happening and fix the bans. If not just say it's cost you $ and that you want your money back for wrongly banning your accounts.
