Yes.... The cpu is last gen and the gpu is terrible. it would struggle to run games even at 720p.

The cpu is fine tho the gpu is kinda in need of a upgrade but no the guy saying 720 wont happen... thats a lie unless your playing like bf4 720 is easy achieved with that setup

Look how it struggles to run a game that came out 8 years ago at 720p. The integrated graphics on my cpu out performs it.

If you turn the settings right down at 720p the ps2 begins to seem like a better option.....
