I was wondering if there was a way so I can downgrade my phone and jailbreak

Nope.

You have to use a computer to do this and if Apple is not signing the IPSW that you are trying to downgrade to, it won't work.

I do not think it is possible to just downgrade. I know you can restore but I have no clue about downgrading.

No matter how many times you ask the same question, the answer remains. NO! Just wait patiently for the next jailbreak to be released which could be iOS 8.4 or iOS 9

Its free to use.
Once downloaded open and connect your iPhone. From the main window click backup. Select the destination to save the back up. Click Start.
Once its done close the program, do what you have to do.
Open it again connect your iPhone and click restore!

Thats how to restore from a backup without iTunes, i think thats what your title is asking.

Yeah can in fact downgrade your iPhone but it all depends what firmware you are on.
For instance;
IOS 8.1 can downgrade to 7.
