Hey guys i recently got my astro a50 2015 xbox one edition now the Problem that i have is that my friends are complaining because my mic sounds like a scratching like you have a not plugged in correcly.What i did is i did all Firmware Updates and checked everything.so i need help

Have you tried to contact them for support/trouble shooting? The only thing i can think of right is if you tried re-syncing the headset & MixAmp by holding the power button down on both till they flash three times.
Another thing to try is to plug the headset in and try to test the voice communications while the headset is charging.
