Turn your router on and off and you should be able to make another 3 everytime you do it

Way easier to just use a vpn, get the app tunnel bear on your phone and just creat the account on your phone, it will hide your ip

Theres that but a quicker way is to download Private Tunnel on your laptop and make accounts. Once it says you've reached the limit of accounts you make on outlook/hotmail just connect to another location.

Yeah, and its free. You get a limit though, so make sure you turn it off after.
