About The Mod Video:
GTA 5 Vice City is now a thing, with this mod you can go revisit Vice city and see what it would be like in a low quality version on nextgen. Obviously it isnt HD but is freaking bad asss! You will need FiveM to launch the modded map and a way to transport around.
"Known Issues: Vegetation may look a little weird right now. I do plan to fix this. Also some textures may not load correctly but keep in mind this is a very early WIP."
