thats what i was thinkin was gunna shoot for 350 maby on ebay but doubt it was just going for 300 as a base for my ps3 :/

once a laptop gets outdated it price goes way down

32bit isn't too good anymore, small amount of ram, terrible hard drive space

try about $200

I've gone through a good deal of computers, to be honest with you since it is used you wont get no more than $300. Why? Because it's a 32 bit system, electronics in general depreciate quickly, and it's a core duo meaning that it only has 2 cores on one chip die.

In short core duo's are meant for everyday computing and are being slowly pushed out by i3 processors which are a bit faster and new. I had an HP that I just sold for about $200 that was similar to yours except with 4gb of RAM(more obviously) and a fresh install of Windows 7($200 because crappy Vista decided to crap on itself) I ended up losing money but I needed something WAY stronger. If you are looking for a gaming rig or laptop the i7 processors are the way to go. If you want more explanation I'm here to help, did I mention I love computer's?

Your laptop has pretty descent spec's, You could probably make an ad on Craigslist and trade it straight across for a fully loaded PS3 w/ game's
