I listen to pretty much any type of music but lately I've been into a lot of rap. Not a lot of mainstream stuff but more like cult rap. I find it amazing that even these big tough rapper guys can find a way to put a positive message in their songs. I was wondering who you guys thought was the best rapper to put a good influence on their listeners. I personally think it's either Logic or the old Hopsin (like his Ill Minds, Nocturnal Rainbows, Old Friend, etc.).

"Rip your heart out ft. Tech N9ne"
"Good guys get left behind"
"What's my purpose"
"Sag my pants"
"Hop is back"
"I'm not crazy"
"Pillow man"

I'm a big fan of rap songs which have a meaning behind it, I suggest you check out Akala and Lowkey.

Now I'm not sure if you always want to classify Kid Cudi as a rapper, but if you listen to his music, it follows a story/path through his life. He connects to kids of all ages and helps them through their every day struggles in life! Some of my personal favorite songs by him are: The Prayer, Love, Balmain Jeans, These Worries, and Too Bad I Have To Destroy You Now.
