You'd be able to play CS:GO pretty fine. H1Z1 would struggle though, even at low settings.

Current setup would be fine for CS:GO and Minecraft, as someone else said, H1Z1 would struggle. You can upgrade a couple parts and have yourself a nice little PC, unsure if you'd have the money for that though?

Upgrade the GPU to a 750 and you'll be fine to play those games at low settings mate.
