What do you mean by "corrupted"? Could you still sign in?

If so, try this.

You can use an Xbox 360 console to find your Microsoft account email address.

From the Home screen, sign in to your Xbox 360 console using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
In the upper-right corner, your Microsoft account email address will appear in rotation with your gamertag.
If you have disabled the display of gamertag and Microsoft account information on your Home screen, you can still find them on the Settings screen:

Go to Settings and select Account.
Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security.
The Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account is shown.

If you end up seeing your email address, you can then reset you password and then re download your profile.

You should be able to see the email address of the account in the top right corner of the screen where it would show you profile pic. I would recommend calling customer support for this.
