What's your budget? And are you doing 1080p or 1440p?

If it is for gaming, swap that i7 out for an i5, the i7 won't really benefit you for gaming.

With the extra money swap thAt 960 for a 970

Upgrade to a 1440p/4K monitor ASAP or the high end card is a complete waste.

I'm assuming the rig is for gaming, next time be more helpful in the post.

Woah, let's go over OP first. The CX750 is a terrible PSU and that BenQ monitor is ew. 144Hz is such a waste as well since you're 960 won't even be able to hit more than 60FPS on AAA titles @ 1080p. Keyboard isn't bad, but it's not good, and it's over-priced. No need to pay for OS. Cooler is meh.

Now, what is your full budget for this rig(take off the cost of anything you've spent, obviously)? What have you already bought? Will you overclock? What peripherals do you need and what peripherals do you already have?

DCFC's suggestion is solid, if it makes sense. I still don't understand what OP wants though. OP-If DCFC's suggestion works for you, get that.
