i have a budget of £600 in GBP
i want a gaming PC that will suitably run most games but not all at max settings. dont know where to start on any of the processers etc..
so if you have experience or knowledge please give me a suggestion.

or if it is a waste of money?

No need to water cool, at all. The CPU will come with a stock cooler which will have pre-applied thermal paste. The case will come with a fan or two. If you want more, you can buy more.
ok when its all "put together" do you need to install drivers or does that happen automatically?

No, you'll have to install drivers. Your mouse and keyboard should be fine, they'll install their drivers automatically, if need be, most of the time anyway. You'll have to download and install all of the drivers for your components though. It's not that much of a hassle though.

Yeah just go to your motherboard and graphics card website, and download the drivers you need from their website. Usually the ones that come on disk are out dated, so downloading new ones is always good practice.
