Im not sure if quick scoping is much of a problem on ghosts and aw as I don't play these, I consider them garbage, but whenever I get into a black ops 2 it Seems to be filled with people quick scoping and I think it's really overpowered. IT's far too easy the amount of times I'M losing battles from close up again someone who has a sniper and while I'M using a SUB MACHINE GUN is rridiculous. When a player is sniping they should have to play sneaky and pick people off. Not play like iT's an overpowered smg.

There is no definitive rule on the way using a sniper rifle should be. Idk how bad the sniping is on bops 2, I consider it garbage

If you can't beat them, then join them.

Although that's the way it was intended to work, people couldn't settle with that. They wanted more action out of they're games and that's what happened. It's basically one of the pinnacles of Call of Duty games these days and you have to learn to either beat em or join em!

I agree, MW3 and BO2 were both very child friendly, anyone could pick up a sniper and quickscope.
It takes no skill on them two, ghosts was not as easy and that's why a lot of people hated it (I much preferred it)

I feel like I get so many Hitmarkers when I snipe on BO2.
But I dont play that game that much because I think its horrible, Only good for Zombies.

I completely understand where you're coming from as I myself am "Sniper only" on BO2. Its all in our playstyle. Chances are if you're a quickscoper/sniper you were a good reg gunner at one point and it became too easy and you wanted a challenge. That's where the aggressive "run up on anyone and everyone and quickscope" mentality comes from. I myself starting sniping back in MW2 and have continuously done so through out the years.
Back on topic, sniping is something you typically start out rough on and just like with anything else you progress and get better. A lot of the people that snipe on BO2 are very talented as it has good mechanics when it comes to quickscoping (Primarily The Ballista). No matter how good you are, if you come around the corner with host and are using a SMG and just run into someone with a sniper if they are "good" with fast response chances are they'll get the kill on you. I dont know how much sense any of that makes.
I find myself continually coming around corners and meeting someone with any gun and still getting the kill. Now thats because i've just done this for a long time and have a good "shot" that i've developed on BO2. Its my favorite game in terms of sniping/quickscoping. Trickshotting goes to MW2, but thats another story.
Anyways I basically just went on about random stuff, my bad.

Quickscopers on Bo2 Are easy to deal with, i deal with them all the time by Jump/Dropshotting, try it it works all the time, they never hit you!

If you want to play with snipers playing their ''role'' then I would recommend BF4, very good game.
