They stopped sending out codes for now. They're waiting for xbox's issues to be resolved.

I've redeemed my code though Downloading now.

Yeah same, i did it on 2 accounts but still nothing, yet my friend registered an hour ago when i told him and he already got his code and activation code and is playing it...
