Hah, thanks. But like I said earlier, I'm more worried about it being acceptable in a workplace.

I mean I can't see it being unacceptable, hair is hair regardless of the colour right?

I suppose so.. But most places don't allow "crazy hair colouring".

In the long run than i think you should do what makes you happy. If you really want this job than don't. but if you have other options in terms of jobs, than i would do it. Do what makes you happy!

I think you should do whatever you like, but in my opinion I don't think it'd look nice. (On me) lol, but you might be able to pull it off. Just do what you want!

Are you saying if you dye your hair blue, you will have less chance of getting a job?

If thats what you mean, no way, if people judge you like that then there stupid, under neath you could be some person who does charity events and a really kind hearted person, so if I were you, go for it, if people don't like it tuff, you do, end of.

But, I could understand if it was a top, posh restaurant, I could kinda understand.

Also, if you do dye your hair, watch out, as it could go ginger lol, my sister when she was 14, dyed her hair blonde and she turn't ginger lol!

I agree with NCS all the way. Not to metnion i have seen plenty of girls with this type of hair (All of them being from anime like 100% of them) I though it looked great!

Hahahaha I didn't get it from anime though. I just wanted to have a different color (I don't mean like black, brunette, etc.) before I try to get a serious job. My time is running out! lol

I don't think it would hurt. I know girls who died their hair a light blue and work at Walmart and American Eagle. It just depends on the employer.

RepBandit wrote I'd say stay natural, then once you get the job and make friends there, then possibly dye it then.

What job position? Is it behind closed door? Interacting with customers?

These are things i would consider before changing your hair color so drastic

i agree, just like he said

It seems like a good idea girls with blue hair are hot, but as your going for a job you should keep your hair a natural color like blonde/brown/strawberry blonde and if you get the job keep your hair how it is then ask you boss if its ok to dye your hair blue. But if you dont get the job just go for it and dye it.
