Hey guys so im tryna make the right decision here xD
im getting a new pc and ive saved up for it to this point
now i have 2 ideas in mind but idk whats smarter
so i could purchase this computer for less than $1250 right now:
Intel Core i7-4790K Processor (4x 4.0GHz/8MB L3 Cache)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 - 4GB
16 GB [8 GB x2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module
2TB HDD
ASUS Z97-P
700 watt
or i could purchase this computer for around $2500:
Intel Core i7-5820K Processor (6-cores, 15MB Cache, Overclocked up to 3.8 GHz w/ Turbo Boost)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 with 4GB GDDR5
32GB Quad Channel DDR4 at 2133MHz
128GB SSD 6Gb/s Main + 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s Storage
850 Watt
ATX Motherboard
Now my question is, in the long run, would purchasing the computer for over $2500 be smart? If i purchased the one for $1250 how long would it last me compared to the other one? I just dont wnna go blow 2500 bucks when i could have spent 1250 and just did minor upgrades later xD Thanks!

Whats the computer being used for?
Are you even going to overclock?
Would you be willing to build your own(highly recommended)

build 1) meh, 960 with an i7 isn't that good tbf because a 970 with an i5 would outperform it
build 2) stupid, unless you will benefit from DDR4 memory (which i doubt it) then it is pointless, as is the 32GB RAM as you won't use anything over 10GB MAX
option 3, give us an exact budget and currency with what you need and we will configure a PC for you that you will need to build yourself, but will be far better.

Jebus, neither. $1200 for a 960 rig? That's pathetic. $2500 and it only has a 980 with 5820k? Also pathetic. PSU make and models aren't mentioned so I think it's fairly safe to assume these are pre-builts?
