Samsung S4 Has A Range Of Problems....

I have malware on my phone too which when I open my phone (unlock) 40% of the time Chrome opens or the Google Play Store opens wanting me to download this app or piece of software which will apparently 'fix my phone'...

I have installed CM Security and its not finding the virus/malware on my phone?! I really cannot be bothered to factory reset my phone... Any other suggestions to fix the problem?

Staff: I would move the topic to the andriod section but it has like 1 - 2 people in at a time and I really could do with an answer:(

I have tried Avast but again it doesn't pick up the issue?!

I have been reading an article about a problem within the android device effecting millions of people and I want the problem to be fixed asap haha...

Sounds nasty.

If you really want to get rid of it, id do a factory reset. It does your phone a bit of good and then you can start fresh.

Have you got a external launcher on? if you have switch back to the normal android launcher
If so they do that to get more money

I really hope you dont have to factory restore but before that id take it into your service provider store they might just be able to do something.

I've had my S4 for about a year now. Sadly my battery is dropping at such a rate and charging extremely slowly! I was told by a technician that its bad to use different chargers for your phone because of the voltage output. When my contract is up I think I will be going back to Apple......
