PSU and case, change 'em. Case is more than you have to be paying and bigger than you need. Define S is about $60 less, and will do you well, it's also nicer IMO. That PSU is terrible, $65 will get you a better PSU, easily. Will you be overclocking? What will you be using the system for?

I am planning on playing games like battlefield, CounterStrike. First Person Shooters mainly.
Could you link me a case and PSU. I don't know what to use that is why I was asking.

You also don't need to spend that much on a motherboard either btw. I'll help once I know if you'll be overclocking or not.

Get your OS for free. You can easily add another 970 in SLI with ease. Couldn't quite get it down to $900. You'll want to add an SSD asap though. You'll also want to add a decent cooler to OC the 4690k. You could manage to get the rig down to about the $900 mark if you got a cheaper PSU, but it'd be bronze rated and non-modular, as opposed to the fully-modular, gold rated EVGA unit. I'd definitely recommend spending the extra $20 though, it's definitely worth it.

If you don't mind it would you make a version that is not overclocked?

Just grab a 4460 instead of the 4690k if you aren't going to overclock, it will save you about $50 or so and just means you'll have a locked CPU so no CPU overclocking.
