The TOTS players you listed from the Ligue 1 and Serie A just came out so I would suggest you wait for a fews or until the end of those TOTS and there will be many of them listed on the transfer market at one point.

Just wait until lightning rounds/special packs have just come out and try and get them, so much easier

Unless you play FIFA 24/7, it is better to wait.

TOTS Payet is not half as good as he looks. Was kinda slow on the ball when I played with him
