Basically every night I go to bed at like 01:00pm
Go to sleep at about 02:30 - 03:00pm
Wake up around 11:00 - 12:00am

mine is completely messed up ive been getting about around 3-5 pm the past couple of days not that ive finished college for the summer

I stay up to about 5 am everyday and then I dont usually get up until around 3 PM.

Lol me and one of my friends always mess up our sleep schedule in the summer... Some mornings not going to bed until like 7 AM and waking up at like 3 and repeat

You're going to the gym and eating only once a day ? I suggest at least trying to eat 3 times a day at the minimum.

Anyways I usually go to sleep around 2 or 3 and wake up around 10, so my schedule isn't really messed up although it could be better.

Well it's 3:17 am for me lol, that kinda answers the question.

I end up sleeping at about 6 or 7am and waking up about 5pm.

I don't have a schedule, working 6 days a week, morning and nights, whenever I have work, I usually wake up a few hours before then. I pretty much live my entire life at night now a days .

Sleep at 11pm-12am
Wake up 4am To go to work
Get off work a around 3pm
Go to personal business which is lawncare until 9:30pm when dark

Rinse and repeat
