I use this site for FREE VPN its good and easy.

I havent used any other sites but this one because this was the first one i used, ill check others out soon.

There's a hacking tool called cain & able which you can use to make you ip, subnet, mac and all sorts of other things.

I know it's not a vpn but it's pretty damn effective.
