So I want to buy a couple of cases. But I don't want to pay separately for keys and cases. Is there a way I can pay once in game and it gives me the amount of keys and crates I wanted? I hope this question made sense.

Na I don't think so I tried that, you can probably make trades though and obtain both in CsGo Lounge but as far as I know you can't even though it would be convenient.

no you have to buy them separate but you can buy multiple keys and then multiple cases.if that makes sense
