so ive created a new character and i have the house of wolves DLC im rank 12 on this character and have only gotten up to the moon on the story mode why is the reef social space not currently on my map do i have to get to rank 20 or something to make it appear or have i got to complete the story to get the reef to show up on my map?

You have to reach level 20 first

You might need to keep doing story until you unlock the reef
