2 of my friends gameshare with me and a 3rd friend is going to let me but people say I can get banned for marketplace theft

Whenever you buy something and then try to chargeback Microsoft, Or using cards that were carded from stolen credit cards, stolen items, Basically If you paid for something and chargebacked or said you didnt get it, or wanted a refund on something you bought.

Never heard of that bud, but you can do it as much as your heart desires, thats why microsoft added a length of time b4 you can do it again, so you're all good

No, you can't get banned for it

You shouldnt get banned for Lisence Transferring. It was built int he system. Microsoft fraud is just using stolen Money to purchase things on your account. Or Chargebacks and stuff of that nature.
